MAKE A WISH



Supplies:
Cardstock- Michaels
Pattern Paper- Scrap pile
Shadowbox card- Lori Whitlock Silhouette Store
Balloons- Silhouette Store
Flowers
ribbon
wink of stella

I changed the design of the shadowbox.  I did not use the
banner that came with the file. I used flowers instead
Also for the inside I added the balloons
